Typical Use Cases
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What files are supported?
Relievv Extract supports digitally generated PDFs, scanned PDFs, and images (JPG/PNG) — including bank statements, FD interest certificates, invoices, GST reports, ledgers, and other business documents.
2. Does it work on scanned documents and photos?
Yes. Our smart extraction engine reads scanned pages, photographed documents, and stamps directly — no separate OCR software is needed on your side.
3. What do Precision Mode and Economy Mode mean?
Precision Mode gives the highest accuracy and is best for scanned or complex documents. Economy Mode costs about half as much and works well for clean, system-generated PDFs; complex scans may need minor touch-ups.
4. How is the price calculated?
Pricing is per page and depends on the mode you choose. After you upload a file, the exact total for your document is shown before you pay — no hidden charges.
5. Will amounts come as real numbers in Excel?
Yes. Monetary values are written as true numeric cells, so SUM, filters, and pivot tables work immediately — no Text-to-Columns needed. Account numbers, PAN, and reference numbers are kept safely as text.
6. Can I upload multi-page files, and how is the output organised?
Yes. Tables that continue across pages are stitched into one sheet, each distinct table gets its own sheet, and key details (names, account numbers, totals) appear in a Summary sheet.
7. Is my uploaded data safe?
Yes. Files are processed securely, never shared, and automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing.
8. Does the tool support password-protected PDFs?
No. Please unlock password-protected or encrypted PDFs before uploading.
9. Who is this tool for?
Accountants, CA firms, auditors, tax consultants, finance teams, and business owners — anyone who regularly needs clean Excel data from PDF reports or scanned documents.
